Challenge
Hiring poses many problems, and especially in 2022, in the wake of the Great Resignation, organisations are struggling to hire talent in a timely and efficient manner. Hiring is risky, if not done well it can be hard to find the right people. For organisations, hiring is incredibly time consuming and can take months, not weeks or days. Many organisations require talent in quick time to fix urgent issues and to drive growth. Hiring is a bottle neck that can hold firms back. The process has many fail points allowing bias to creep in. These factors mean organisations are not benefiting from the best, and most diverse talent pool.
Solution
IndexScore puts individuals in control of their data, and with whom they share their score. It synthesises skills, experience, working style to help companies hire, and to help individuals understand their worth and potential. IndexScore enables blind hiring based on merit and unlocks opportunities. It’s a simple score based on myriad high quality, verified data inputs and great AI.
We conducted research to gain an in-depth look at other main competitors to see how the platform would stacked up. We created a platform that would work to streamline company's hiring process with users profiles curated and scored with the platforms patented scoring system, then integrating with all existing ATS platforms to help users migrate all there data and information into one simple dashboard that could be easily filtered and scored.
